Psychoanalytic Aspects of the Implementation of Mentoring in Organizations
Psychoanalysis in organizations
Abstract
In the context of a dynamically changing business environment, modern organizations strive to implement innovative methods of human resource management. One such method is psychoanalytic mentoring, which is based on the principles of psychoanalysis developed by scholars such as Sigmund Freud, Otto Kernberg, Manfred Kets de Vries, and others. Unlike traditional mentoring, which focuses on professional development and knowledge transfer, psychoanalytic mentoring emphasizes the analysis of unconscious processes, interpersonal interactions, and group dynamics. This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of psychoanalytic mentoring, its implementation in organizations, as well as possible barriers and ways to overcome them. The article reveals that the implementation of psychoanalytically oriented mentoring leads to higher efficiency indicators compared to traditional mentoring due to the improvement of employees' psychological well-being, increased motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment.
