A psychoanalytic view of the process of working with the composer's work
Psychoanalysis of music

psychoanalysis of music, the unconscious in composer's work, musical language, symbolization
Abstract
The topic of psychoanalysis and music has been studied since the beginning of the 20th century, but attempts are still being made to bring these two areas closer and understand whether it is possible to apply psychoanalysis in relation to this type of art, in particular directly when working with composer's work.
The article is based on the idea that the application of a psychoanalytic approach to the analysis of composer's work not only shows that this work, like any other, is "alive" and is connected with the unconscious of the composer, but also opens up opportunities for exploring the idea of the performed work on a completely new level.
