Abstract

The study presents a clinical approach to the study of mergers and acquisitions. The article describes in detail the unconscious processes of employees living through grief, which can negatively affect the results and indicators of organizational changes. At the same time, taking into account the psychodynamic approach to the study of such processes and applying measures to prevent negative effects can have a positive impact on the effectiveness of mergers and acquisitions. The existing approaches to the analysis of organizational groups and human capital in organizations are also presented.
