Abstract

This text, being a chapter of the book, is dedicated to one of the key psychoanalytic concepts – transference, which in the course of analytical work takes on various forms, including negative ones, the understanding and interpretation of which, according to the author, is the «"royal road" of the analytical process».

Thierry Bokanowski

Thierry Bokanowski, psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, titular member of the Paris Psychoanalytic Society, member of the International Psychoanalytic Association, former member of the Publications Committee of the International Psychoanalytic Association, former Scientific Secretary of the Paris Institute of Psychoanalysis, former editor of "La Revue Française de Psychanalyse" and author of numerous books and articles.
