Abstract
In this paper, we aimed to briefly look at the theory of psychoanalysis of group processes underlying the activities of companies, to analyze the specificity of the influence of the leader's personality on the group dynamics of the organization, including in the context of the theory of basic assumptions, as well as to study the typology of the personality of leaders and their relationship with the corporate culture of the company.
