Abstract

This article is devoted to the topic of the influence of the role of the leader on the transformational processes caused by the crisis, occurring in the using the psychodynamic approach. The interrelation of the unconscious processes of the head of the organization and the passage of the transformational process by the organization are considered in detail. The conclusions that were made in this article can be used when considering organizational cases.
