Abstract

Despite the fact that the concept of Blanche psychosis by Andre Green and Jean-Luc Donnet was created and founded more than 50 years ago, and that in French psychoanalysis such masters as Alain Gibault, Denis Ribas, Vasilis Kapsambelis participate in the psychoanalytic training of Russian specialists, we mean by talking about white psychosis, in Russia is a concept less. To date, the fundamental work on white psychoses has not yet been translated, there are no scientific articles, and therefore for Russian specialists such a nosographic unit as white psychosis may be lost. In this article, I have tried to study the characteristics of White psychosis as much as possible, following the authors of the concept, relying on case Z, which, in my opinion, will help bring the reader closer to a systematic understanding of the concept of White psychosis.
