Role of personal destructors in assessing the reliability of personnel in production organizations

Abstract
The study presents the results of the development and testing of methods for diagnosing personal destructors that increase the likelihood of making mistakes in the workplace. Tes- ting was conducted on the basis of several industrial organizations. The analysis identified the main destructors, which are correlated with the errors, accidents and emergency situations are facts of embezzlement and various forms of sabotage. The diagnostic method is focused on diagnostics of these destructors using blocks of selected and tested questions. To study the main psychometric indicators (retest reliability, internal consistency, validity), the alpha-Cronbach's method, factor and correlation analysis were used.
