Abstract

The study presents modern approaches to the analysis of group processes in the framework of the psychoanalytic approach to the analysis of organizations. The history of the development of the conceptual apparatus and ideas about groups of the basic assumption is considered in detail. The existing approaches to the analysis of organizational groups and human capital in organizations are also studied.
