Abstract

This paper describes effective methods for developing an action plan for top managers to manage a company in a situation of economic crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Using two fictitious companies as an example, the author demonstrates effective and ineffective approaches to doing business in the face of a severe economic downturn and outlines seven ways that Leaders can prepare for post-pandemic times.
