Abstract
This paper presents the case study of suicide committed by the pilot of flight 4U9525. Using biographical method based on the public data about education and professional development of the pilot, his correspondence with relatives and doctors root causes of suicide were analyzed. The main purpose of the study is to apply the psychoanalytic method to the analysis of symptoms, understanding the causes of suicide and the plan of preventive measures that can be implemented in the aviation.
